[Support request] Aquavalve 5 issue

    Hi I am having issues with my new Aquavalve5 setup whereby the valves are behaving akin to a float valve whereby they’re continually filling the trays so pots are continually sat in their filled level. I’m on my 3rd set of valves and just can’t get em working as advertised there’s no ebb-n-flow I’ve been through the checklist and reaching the conclusion the 9mm system just doesn’t work. A solution would be very much appreciated.

    Please ensure the AQUAvalve is pushed firmly onto the tee and that you have carried out the silicon check on the top float as shown in the instructions.

    I’m having the same issue with my new Aquavalve 5, did you get a resolution?
