Hello. First time user. The plants have been established for three weeks. Turned system on 48 hours ago and using the 4 pot system

All the reservoirs are staying at 20mm full. The pots are now pretty saturated.

My understanding is the trays should not refill until empty but they are staying full

    What I do wrong??

Hi There ….. have you followed the instructions by pre-setting the silicon in the top float….. pop onto autopotuk you tube channel and also have a look at the catalogue on the home page as this will help……

Hi, not to hijack here and not come across angry but I have had nothing but issues since about 6 weeks in (purchased Aug) with not sealing and overwatering plants. I am here to tell you that none, I repeat NONE of the website, forums, videos have solved the issues. Even purchased new silicones. Installed and we are still leaking/ overfilling. I was able to limp through the last grow by turning water on and off, that’s NOT how things are supposed to go.

I spent 10 days trying to solve this issue. I am at my wits end here and had to abandon the Autopots as they are doing nothing but trying to kill my plants. That has taken two weeks trying to get over those issues.

Clean aquavalve and dry, insert silicones into dry holes, turn upside down to test by blowing air…its a 50/50 shot if it seals or not. Get one working, then install gently & carefully, check for level, turn water on, watch for issues. As usual it fills too high over grommets & feed line and just stays there OR it may work for a cycle and then back to not sealing correctly.

I really like the AP’s but just can’t have this instability. Looks like I’m out a cpl hundred bucks unless we get to the bottom of it all.

Honestly Josh, answers like the above solve nothing. I believe it’s the product. I have a feeling I will get nowhere here or anywhere and will just have to abandon them.

Surely I’m not the only one with unsolved issues? They did work but now???

I would really love to get back to using them. Until then I’m dealing with the daily runoff which was the whole point in getting the AP’s?…plus ease of use?

Feel like a one legged man in a kicking contest…thanks in advance for any help.

Yes, something is wrong with the new aquavalve 5s.

I had the old one and it worked fine. After “upgrading” and drilling a larger hole in my resevoir for the new aquavalve5 I am stuck with the same issue. Water level is very high all the time and causing issues
