[Resolved] Auto9 xl

I have several auto9 xl trays, all work perfectly bar one. It completely fills and I can’t seem to stop the aqua valve and cover floating around. I have set up netting screens above the trays so it isn’t possible to see the placement is correct. The aqua valve doesn’t click into place unlike your single pot trays. Should the case not pin the valve in place once the weight of the pots in on the tray? From what I can tell both blue rubber pucks are in place. Please advise
