    Hello,

I currently have a 4-pot system set up with 1 reservoir for every 2 pots.

I have been checking the aqua valves every couple of hours and they are always full. I have to shut the valves off in order to see any different in the aqua valve. Is there something wrong with the aqua valves? Am i potentially doing something wrong?

    Hi Rob,

Have you ensued that you have pushed the upper silicon in the top float firmly in the recess and made sure that it is creating a parallel seal on the hole below, this will ensure that it floods and drains correctly.Hold it at eye level to see that it is sitting on the hole below correctly. Also ensure the tray is empty before you carry out this procedure …. always place an AQUAvalve in the tray when no water is present. Regards Josh

Tried that. Everything appears to be parallel. drained them twice today and double checked and redid the entire setup then restarted flow. Still over filling and staying full.

Im having the same problem as Rob here.

Josh, please advice further what to do with this.

Im sure there are many more AutoPot users experiencing this without even realising it.

Why have you not replied to Rob already?

    Sincerely Lars Odland.

Same thing here, trays fill up the the correct level but they stay at that until the water in the reservoir is gone. Have tried emailing and got no answer there either.

I got mine sorted. The silicone has to be dead parallel to the hole, mine was off very slightly and it stopped the aquavalve from draining.
    Hope this helps.
