[Resolved] seal/ emptying tray inconsistency

Il love the autopot system principle and I’m using it succesfully for 3 years now but the air seal inconsistency is about making me change my system. In every grow there is at least a moment where 2 or three of my five valves don’t empty and I have like 50% chances of solving the issue by changing the silicon/ cleaning. I’ve had 3 colors of silicons the red ones are the best the yellow second and the blue the worst. Now you can only find the blue ones in France and I’m about to change for another method If I don’t find a way to use them with at least 80% consistency. I manage to end my grows by using individual faucets but it’s almost as much work and fuss than handwatering. please help me find a way of troubleshooting this issue with consistency.
