[Support request] Valve lifts from tray

    My system leaks continuously. When lift off the cover the valve is loose and floating in its segmented area no matter how many times I push it back on to the t in tray floor. This has been cost me $ because my nutrients are not cheap. Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

    If you are in the USA please give http://www.autopot-usa.com a call they will be able to assist you, as we are based in the UK. Are you using the new AQUAvalve 5 in the old tray design as the new AQUAvalves should only be used in the new grommeted trays…. But speak to the chaps in the US, I’m sure they will be able to help
