Hi There…..the source range should NOT be used with any other products …… this could be issue 1…. The second issue could be that you have used clay pebbles around the AirDomes, did you pre-treat these before use … ideally they should be soaked in pH 5.5 with 1/4 strength feed for 48 hours and then the solution poured off and NOT rinsed….. However they are not necessary if the media is open… please look at the catalogue on the website as there is lots of information here….. if using AirDome I would also suggest that you up the perlite content to maximise the effect of the AirDome

Hi Esma, there could be many factors causing the issue, generally 95% of issues are environment, ideally pH in the tray should be 6.3… join the AutoPot users group on Facebook there are 4,000 members there growing very well and they all help each other to grow better

I’ve not personally heard of the fertiliser range you mention, basically as long as it stays in solution in the water you should be fine…. Don’t over concern yourself with the water people from all over the world use all kinds of water. Ec levels seem what most people tend to set at. Pop onto http://www.autopot.co.uk to see the videos and the catalogue…. there is also a very helpful forum on Facebook called the AutoPot Users Group…. join this too as they chaps there are very helpful too

Could you advise where you are in the world, then I can direct you to the correct country, we are the manufacture and based in the UK. We would suggest that a phone call is set up as it is much easier to diagnose any issues this way.

Don’t use Vermiculite, clay pebbles/pumice should be pH stabilised first as they are very Alkaline….. don’t believe the packaging if it say “treated or pH stabilised”…. Perlite is better….. 50/50 is good … take a read through the catalogue on the UK website and also consider joining the FB AutoPot users group, they are very helpful too.

Hi … adding “cheese cloth will not stop roots from entering the AirDome and is not required, simply let the roots go into it you’ll be fine. Also to maximise the effectiveness make sure you use a nice open media … please see the catalogue on the website to see suggestions.
